When founder Cat Armstrong opened LUSH, her vision was to bring world-class skin expertise to regional Victoria, allowing clients to achieve city-level results without leaving Shepparton.

Chris is a Registered Nurse with more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, having spent a decade working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intensive Care, before continuing in emergency nursing.

Chris’ treatment philosophy is grounded in facial harmony: he seeks to enhance a person’s features in a subtle, natural way, rather than dramatically altering isolated parts. He also prioritises skin health, offering a range of complementary services and professional-grade skincare to support long-term skin confidence.

During consultations, Chris is transparent and clinical: he uses his clinical judgment to recommend what is right for each patient. If a certain treatment isn’t suitable, he’ll explain why and suggest alternatives. Post-treatment, he gives clients direct access to him to answer any questions or address concerns, emphasising patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
