Your consultation begins with a detailed discussion of your skin history, lifestyle, and current skincare routine, followed by an advanced diagnostic analysis using the OBSERV Skin Imaging System.
This incredible technology captures your skin in different light modes, revealing underlying pigmentation, vascular conditions, sun damage, oil flow, dehydration, and textural irregularities invisible to the naked eye.
Using this insight, your therapist will interpret the data, explain what’s happening beneath the surface, and map out a customised plan that includes both in-clinic treatments and at-home care.

What does the OBSERV do?
The OBSERV Skin Imaging System uses six light modes to analyse your skin beneath the surface. It reveals what’s happening beyond what the naked eye can see, including sun damage, oil flow, congestion, pigmentation, and redness, giving your therapist the data needed to create a precise, targeted plan.
How long do I allow for this appointment?
Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your Skin Consultation appointment.
Is there anything I need to do before this appointment?
You’ll receive an SMS before your appointment with a link to complete your consultation forms. Please submit these before you arrive so your therapist has everything they need.
Where possible, attend with a bare face (no makeup or products) to ensure an accurate scan.
